What can you help with?

How does it start?

I reply within 24–48 hours. Then we have a short call to understand the problem, the systems involved and any deadline. After that you get a written proposal that confirms the deliverables, timing and who is responsible for what.

How do engagements work?

Three ways: a fixed-scope review with a written result and a prioritised plan; ongoing advisory while your team delivers; or delivery and hosting through Agile Tech Solutions. Each is priced after the first conversation.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. A focused assessment usually takes 2–4 weeks. A full implementation can run from 3 to 12 months. You get a timeline with the proposal.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes: ongoing advisory and periodic reviews, and managed support for platforms and hosting delivered through Agile Tech Solutions.

How do you handle confidential information?

I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share details, and we agree a secure way to exchange anything sensitive. Please keep passwords, keys and other secrets out of this form.

What happens to what I send?

It's stored on this site with your IP address, browser and the time, and a copy is emailed to me through Microsoft 365. It's used only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. A hidden field catches spam bots. Read the privacy notice.
