The story
The Architect Protocol is the blueprint track. "They're asking if I'm real or if I'm running this code. I said both." It is a guided tour of a platform built to be owned rather than rented: "I don't rent wisdom, I don't lease vibes." Containers that don't sleep, a process manager on watch, a honeypot on 2222 and zero-trust manners with the keys.
The second half is about scale. When a codebase runs to a million lines the work is split surgically, chunked with overlap and reassembled into something structured. Tasks are routed to the right model, and when a cloud provider goes dark, local models keep the service up: "I built it to run when the world's been drowned." "Context don't close round here, it folds."
